After 12 years of experience in the personnel placement business, Mary Smith began what may well be a different type of personnel service. Beginning with more than 25 years of human resource and staffing experience, Mary and her staff have taken a unique approach to the placement process.

Having become acquainted with the placement business from the client's perspective, Mary perceived a need to perform a more complete and personalized staffing and consulting service.
